Your purchase will be confirmed by an email from PayPal. Just stop by at our store and pick up your boarding pass. Click HERE to see our store location.
You are guaranteed a seat on the ship when you arrive.
2. Confirming Email
Your payment will be confirmed by a confirming email from PayPal. Please bring a copy of that email at the time of check-in.
The actual boarding passes need to be picked up at our ship store in the marina building, next to the dock. Check-in time starts 1 hour prior to departure time.

4. NO SHOW
If you become a “NO SHOW”, your ticket becomes non-refundable. You will be considered a “NO SHOW” if you have not checked-in 15 minutes prior to departure time. We will, however, try to accommodate you on a standby basis on any future trip with equal or less value. Unfortunately, this cannot be done by another reservation or waitlisting. You have to show up and we will let you know the availability shortly before departure.
Please Note: None of Black Raven’s employees has the authority to confirm a new reservation for a “NO SHOW”.
Tickets are not refundable unless a special cancellation code has been issued. All approved cancellations are subject to a 25% cancellation fee and need to be instigated at least 48 hours prior to departure. Cancellations made 48 hours or less to departure are not refundable.
Groups and Charter:
Deposit, minus 10% of the contract value, is refundable up to 14 days prior to reservation time. After that it becomes non-refundable.
In case of inclement and unsafe weather situation, the cruise will be delayed, rescheduled or canceled as per the captain’s decision. If canceled by the company, the deposit will be fully refunded.
