Tickets:

Tickets are not refundable unless a special cancellation code has been issued. All cancellations, except weather related, are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.

If the excursion has been canceled (by Black Raven) due to unsafe weather situation, a full refund will be issued.

Group and Charter:

Deposit, minus 10% of the contract value, is refundable up to 14 days prior to reservation time. After that it becomes non-refundable. In case of inclement and unsafe weather situation, the cruise will be delayed, rescheduled or canceled.

If canceled, the deposit will be refunded except for the catered food (unless the restaurant agrees to cancel without any charges).
