Tickets:

Tickets are not refundable unless a cancellation code has been issued. A 10% credit card fee will be deducted from the total amount.

Group and Charter:

Deposit, minus 10% of the contract value, is refundable up to 14 days prior to reservation time. After that it becomes non-refundable. In case of inclement weather situation, the cruise will be delayed, rescheduled or canceled.

If canceled, the deposit will be refunded except for the catered food (unless the restaurant agrees to cancel without any charges).

Cancellation by Black Raven:

If the excursion has been canceled due to weather or other issued by the company, a full refund will be issued.
