Tickets:

Tickets are not refundable unless a special cancellation code has been issued. All cancellations are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.

If the excursion is being canceled (by Black Raven) due to inclement and unsafe weather situation, a full refund will be issued.

Group and Charter:

Deposit, minus 10% of the contract value, is refundable up to 14 days prior to reservation time. After that it becomes non-refundable.

In case of inclement and unsafe weather situation, the cruise will be delayed, rescheduled or canceled as per the captain’s decision. In such case, the deposit will be fully refunded.
