Captain’s Party
The birthday child will get a very special treatment during the trip.
Program for the Captain’s Party
1. Introduction
Upon leaving the dock and after the safety briefing as been completed, your child will be acknowledged and introduced to all the passengers. The birthday child will receive a captain’s hat so the entire crew will recognize who they are!
2. Hoist the Flag After the introduction, your child will be escorted up to the forecastle where they will hoist a pirate flag for all to see!
3. Visiting the Helm
After “hoisting the colors”, your child will be escorted up to the helm where they will meet the captain. Here, they will see how the captain is operating the ship and will also get a chance to “steer” the ship under the captain’s close supervision.
4. Pillage of the Treasure Chest
After the music has stopped, the treasure chest will be lowered from the main mast. The treasure chest contains five birthday gifts for your child as well as beads and coins for them to give out to their friends (and other children aboard). After the plundering the chest, the birthday child will join their family and friends to enjoy the main program.
5. Lowering of the Flag
When the ship approaches the end of the trip, your child will be escorted back to the forecastle to “strike the colors”. Upon completion of the flag ceremony, they will receive an official “Pirate in Training” certificate. They also get to keep the flag!

The price is broken down in two parts, the celebration package (optional), and the tickets:
1. Celebration package: $80.00 (optional)
This cost covers the celebration ceremony, flag, gifts, certificate, and the special attention of the pirates. Retail value for the gifts, flag and pirate hat (for your child to keep): $50.00+.
Your son or daughter will keep the flag that was flown during her very special trip.

Group rate or discounted tickets will not be accepted for any birthday party.
A deposit of $84.80 (covers the birthday package plus tax) is required with the reservation, balance due 48 hours prior to the scheduled event.
