Cancellation
You may cancel up to 48 hours before the scheduled excursion for a full refund minus 25% admin fee. No refunds, if the cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before scheduled excursion.

In the unlikely event that the company has to cancel a trip due to weather conditions you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule to a future trip. The refund will be done in the same manner as it was paid.
