Boarding starts 15 minutes prior to departure time. As our departure times are synced with the bridge opening schedule, we cannot hold the ship for the tardy passenger. Please give yourself plenty of time for parking, walking, and possible traffic during weekends, holidays and the busy high season.
We would rather you be 30 minutes early than 2 minutes late! Allow ample of time for parking. There is limited metered parking on the streets, free after 5:00 PM. The new parking garage is approximately a 15 minutes walk from the marina. This may be the best option during busy times. It is located just north of the Old City Gate.
All excursions last for at least 1 hour 30 minutes to 1 hour 45 minutes depending the bridge opening and boat traffic.
