Michael Winslow

As the memorable Larvelle Jones in all seven “Police Academy” movies, television series and cartoons, it’s obvious that Michael Winslow is talented, gifted, and downright amazing as a sound-effects mastermind. It’s even more obvious that this man is someone worth seeing live and in the flesh for the 10,000 sound effects he seems to have stored at the tip of his tongue.

Well, we had the golden chance to meet him aboard the Pirate Ship Black Raven.

We are proud to announce that Michael Winslow graciously asked to board our ship for a cruise. While it’s true he was a guest on our ship, he wasn’t a silent bystander in the crowd. In fact, we didn’t give him the chance to be! In true piratical fashion, we commandeered his talents aboard our ship so that all could experience his timeless and boundless talent. That means that the passengers on that trip, and that trip alone, were treated to some truly memorable moments.

We hope that all who were with us enjoyed the cruise as much as we did, and we wish a uearty smooth sailing to Michael and his family.
