In order to take advantage of our group rate, your group needs to consist of at least 15 people and the payment needs to be made in max two (2) transactions, the deposit and the final payment. We cannot accept individual payments from the group members.

Cancellation

Tickets:
Tickets are not refundable unless a special cancellation code has been issued. All cancellations are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.

If the excursion is being canceled (by Black Raven) due to inclement and unsafe weather situation, a full refund will be issued.

Group and Charter:
Deposit, minus 10% of the contract value, is refundable up to 14 days prior to reservation time. After that it becomes non-refundable.

In case of inclement and unsafe weather situation, the cruise will be delayed, rescheduled or canceled as per the captain’s decision. In such case, the deposit will be fully refunded.

All refunds will be made in the same way the reservation was paid for. Expect up to 72 hours for a refund to be initiated.

Disclaimer: In case of inclement weather conditions, unexpected cancellations or other reasons beyond the company’s control, the departure time and the program may be altered, certain segments of the program or crew members substituted and/or the trip cancelled. A minimum amount of tickets need to be sold for a trip to take place. All refunds will be made in the same way it was paid for. Expect up to 72 hours before the refund can be initiated.
